STUDENTS ENTERING SCHOOL:

Students will enter the building and proceed to the main hallway where the room assignments are posted.  From there they will move into their classes.  Some of them will already know their room numbers as a result of their timely registration with the counselors. 

 

Please be prepared for some latecomers, since many of the students have never been in our building before. 

Some points to remember:

• Do not send students to the office for tardies on the first day of either semester.  

• Admit to your class only students who are on your class list, and possess a registration slip with your section number on it.

• If your section is overloaded or need balancing, let us know.

ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES:

• Daily Attendance is taken through Infinite Campus in the morning, and if necessary, with the Afternoon Attendance Link in the afternoon.  Use the attendance link if a student is tardy after break or does not return after break. 

• Teachers with discrepancies in their attendance roster are to use the link Day 1 & 2 Attendance Audit Sheet

• Day 1 and Day 2 of each semester, teachers should enter their final attendance by 10am so audits can be complete accurately in the office.

• All attendance rosters should be accurate by Day 3 to the latest!  If not, inform our office as soon as possible.
