Bus Passes, Lanyards & IDs

Bus Passes

  • Students who are approved to receive bus passes will obtain those from the summer school office through their classroom teachers on Day 1 and Day 2.

  • Any approved student WHO DID NOT RECEIVE their authorized bus pass by end of Day 2, teachers should email that student’s name and ID # to summer school administrator, Patti Rodriguez at prodriguez@d211.org.  Ordered bus passes will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

Lanyards & IDs

  • All students are required to wear their school issued lanyard & ID visibly around the neck during the summer school day. 

  • Returning students will wear regular school ID.

  • New and transfer students will receive district school lanyard and summer school ID with plastic pouch

  • Freshmen classroom teachers will distribute ID to their students

  • Any Staff or freshman student without a picture can have it taken in the media center during the first two days

  • *All should have an ID and lanyard by Day 3

 

Missing ID Picture

  • Any new student WHO TOOK A PICTURE and did not receive their ID by Day 2 should email that student’s name and ID # to summer school secretary, Patti Rodriguez at prodriguez@d211.org.   Reordered ID’s and lanyards will be delivered as soon as possible.

  • Any new student WHO DID NOT TAKE A PICTURE can be sent with a pass to the media center.  This process should only take two minutes.  Again, all ID’s and lanyards will be delivered as soon as possible.
