Please return all materials, or renew if you are returning 2nd semester

Incoming Frosh & Sophomore Math & Reading - Explore and Plan Assessments

Tomorrow - Day 10 (Wednesday, June 19th) are when certain classes are to administer the EXPLORE (02A) and PLAN (29A) assessments

These classes may include:

R926, R927, R936, R937​

Please review the Assessment Administration Sheet if you have questions about your course’s assigned date(s) and procedures.

Answer sheets and the test booklets are in our office, (with a few pencils)

Below are a few items for testing:
A. Suggested Lead Teacher Preparation
-
Hold a 15-20 minute meeting with teachers administering the EXPLORE TEST the day before to review testing procedures
-
Make sure all testing materials are appropriately allotted for each class
B. Suggested Testing Day Schedule and Procedures
-
Start the day with the split schedule to provide additional time for teachers to handle any issues
-
Ensure students with accommodations are in their designated area prior to the start of the test
-
Have students report back to their second session class after the 15 minute break
C. Testing

Please keep these test booklets secure and return when finished.

Students may not write in booklets. Please supply scratch paper.

Remind students to bring their own calculators.

Teachers should personally verify that every student is bubbling in the correct portion of the answer sheet.
D. After the Test

Use Mastery Manager for accessing the results
-
Please use these to make recommendations - (Work with your lead teacher if you have any questions.)

Please return to our office any bubble sheets of students who did not take the test.
