1. Week Classes Only – “In Progress Comments” Due Today

• With the 3 week in-progress grade report due, please be aware of the following details as you prepare to post comments.

• In-progress grades will be automatically pulled from your gradebook in Infinite Campus at Day 6 of each semester of summer school. 

• All gradebooks are expected to be up to date.  If assignments for future grading tasks are included in your gradebook, these assignments should not calculate into the 3 week in-progress grade.

• Any assignments entered into the gradebook Day 6 of each semester will be viewable in the portal, but will not be reflected on the 3 week in-progress grade report

• Teachers will be able to post comments until 1PM on Day 6 of each semester.

• The following instructions pertain to “In-Progress Comments” can be found under the “Procedures” tab of the website.  Highlighted points include:

1. Be mindful to make at least one comment per student.

2. Parent phone calls are required for students who may be failing

3. Remember Audit Status is also an option for failing students

 

6 Week Classes – No Show Students

• For your information, students who have not shown consecutively these first six days to 6 Week Academy, or 6 Week Classes will be dropped today.

• Please refer to the Summer School Drop Sheet if you need to review the drop guidelines for all classes.
