2nd Semester - 3 Week Classes Only – Daily Attendance

• DAILY attendance is taken through Infinite Campus in the morning, and if changes are needed after your break, with the Afternoon Attendance Link  

• If there are discrepancies on your attendance screen, let us know through the Audit Link. 

• *Everyone’s attendance roster should be accurate by the start of tomorrow, Day 3.

• For your information, students who have not shown consecutively the first two days to General Classes will be dropped.  If we missed dropping a student,  please contact our office immediately

• Please refer to the Summer School Drop Sheet if you need to review the drop guidelines for all classes.

• Lastly, there’s an Infinite Campus Attendance Video if you need a refresher on how to take attendance in Infinite Campus

 

2nd Semester - 3 Week Classes Only – Discipline

• Regarding discipline, all 2nd semester students should have seen the PHS Discipline Power-point in your classes by now

• Be sure to check off on the google-doc (the last slide) that you have done so:   Discipline and Attendance Presentation

• An administrator will review rules via the PA system after the last break today.

 

2nd Semester - 3 Week Classes Only – Bus Pass, Lanyards & IDs

• If you haven’t received a student’s bus pass, ID or lanyard, email the summer school secretary

• If a student still needs a picture, you can send them with a pass to the main office to take their picture.  This should only take 2 minutes.

• Lastly, please return all unclaimed ID’s, bus passes and lanyards to our office as soon as possible*
