All – Daily Attendance

• Just a reminder that DAILY attendance is taken through Infinite Campus. 

• If there are discrepancies on your attendance screen, communicate to us through the Day 1  & Day 2 Attendance Audit. 

• Be sure to check your Infinite Campus attendance screen for accuracy the first two days of each semester so we can be sure that students are in the right classroom.

• If you need to make changes to your attendance after the break, use the Afternoon Attendance Link .

• For your information, students who have not shown consecutively the first two days of school will be dropped from most classes.  The date to drop students varies from course to course.  Refer to the Summer School Drop Sheet if you need to review drop guidelines for classes.

• Lastly, there’s available an Infinite Campus Attendance Video if you need a refresher on how to take attendance in Infinite Campus

 

All - Discipline Procedures

• Remember to show the Discipline and Attendance Presentation Day 1 or Day 2 of your first class (under the Procedures tab).

• Be sure to check off on the google doc (on the last slide) after doing so

• An administrator will review the rules via the PA system after the last break on Day 2

 

All – Bus Passes, Lanyards & IDs

• If you forgot to pick up your students’ ID’s, lanyards and/or bus passes they will be delivered to your room tomorrow morning.

• Returning students will wear their regular school ID and lanyard, as only freshman students are receiving new lanyards.

• If any student did not receive their ID or bus pass, email the summer school secretary.

• If any student needs a picture, you can send them with a pass, or during break time, to the main office to take their picture. This should only take 2 minutes.

• If a student forgets their ID, they can obtain a temporary ID from the main entrance or exit #2 as of Day 3.

• Return all unclaimed ID’s, bus passes, and/or  lanyards to our office as soon as possible*

 

All - Emergency Phone Trees

• If you haven’t turned in your information for the emergency phone tree, please do so to our summer school office immediately.

 

*6 Week Academy Teachers Only - Orientation Meeting

• Just a reminder that IFA, SSA, and ESL academies will meet in the auditorium on Day 1 only.  Afterwards please return to your assigned classrooms - (R924, R925, R934, R935, R942, R943, R944, & R945)

• Academy teachers the auditorium placement is a great time to review rules and expectations, assign and balance sections, discuss testing info…

• Lastly, some Academy classes may be giving your pre-tests today. Please check the Assessment Administration Sheet for confirmation (under Forms & Links tab).
