Staff Chaperones

 

Staff who are interested in signing-up to chaperone an event this year, will sign-up from 9:00 - 9:30am in the student café on Thursday, August 10th upon dismissal from our morning meeting for CERTIFIED STAFF ONLY ( teachers, counselors, TA's, etc.)

Each certified staff member will be allowed to sign-up for five events as an official chaperone, and five additional events as a substitute chaperone.      

    Substitute chaperones will be listed on the bottom of the sign-up form, and         will be contacted in that order as needed. 

Certified staff sign-up will continue at 2:15-2:45pm in the student cafe and then directly with Wendy Green in the Scarlet Team after that. 

 

Chaperone sign-up for all staff members (certified & non-certified) will begin/continue at 2:15- 2:45pm. in the student cafe on Thursday, August 11th. 

• Non-certified members are welcome to sign-up for any open assignment at this time. 

• Certified staff members may continue to sign-up for events beyond their initial five at this time as well.

*Please remember…

• Sign-up includes all major events, including STATE GYMNASTICS,  PROM and GRADUATION.

• Write neatly on the sign-up form. 

• Include your employee ID # - this allows you to get paid in a timely manner. 

• Sign-up for yourself only.
