Student Lanyards & IDs

 

All students will receive a “temporary hard stock ID” with a gray-scaled background” during their homeroom. This temporary ID is to be used for the first six days of the school year.  After the six day audit is complete, permanent student IDs will be sent to be distributed by the Homeroom Teacher. 

*Only freshmen and new students will receive lanyards.   

 

  1. If the student does not have an ID picture send the student to the Main Office so that a picture may be taken.

  2. If you have a student that didn't receive an ID use this link to request one for your student. 

  3. All returning students will use their lanyard from previous year(s).  If returning students need a lanyard, they will have to purchase one from the cashier for $3.  Teachers are to return all leftover ID’s and lanyards to Ms. Luna, on the gray team.

  4. Temporary ID fees will begin after the 6 day audit.  

  5. Students who have lost their newly issued ID card will receive a replacement free through the 6 day audit. After the 6 day audit the charge for ID’s will be $3.00.  Lanyards will also cost $3.00.

  6. If a student turned in a parent approved form for Off Campus and have met all school requirements for this privilege, it will be indicated as they scan their ID for off campus lunch.  Students without these authorizations may appeal to their administrator. 

  7. Students who have schedule changes issued by the counselor will need to present a gold ID request form (in their Student Assistance Office) indicating Free ID along with a counselor’s signature to order a new ID at no cost.

  8. Underclass photos will be taken in the gym on Monday, August 13th and Tuesday, August 14th.

 

Staff Lanyards and ID's

 

  1. Staff ID's and lanyards will be placed in your mailbox by the first day of school.  If you did not receive an ID, please come to the grey team.  If you need to take a picture, please go to the Main Office and see Mrs. Wolter to have a picture taken.  Please allow at least 24 hours for your new ID to arrive in your mailbox.  

  2. However, as of Monday, August 13th & 14th all staff will need an updated ID picture.  These will be taken in the gym on those days.  Plan to go during a free period.
