Completing a Discipline Referral

 

All PHS students are expected to attend assigned classes on time, work conscientiously, and exhibit good school citizenship.  Students who are consistently displaying inappropriate behavior may be sent to the discipline office and issued a disciplinary consequence. 

 

Teachers can submit a discipline referral either online through an Infinite Campus Behavior Referral, or manually with a Discipline Referral Sheet.

 

All PHS students will be orientated to the rules and expectations of school through CTTP presentations the first days of school.  Homeroom teachers will also present students with this information through the CTTP committee.   Additionally, an administrator will summarize the rules and regulations with all freshman students during their study hall assignments.
